To calculate and submit an order, prepare the files and enter the information:

  • drag in or upload the file for an instant price in .dxf format;
  • choose the material;
  • choose the thickness and surface;
  • check or change the required quantity; if necessary, add the number of bends for the part;
  • check the calculation result, if necessary choose delivery;
  • add additional information or notes (for example, deadline, requirements, processing, etc.), send the request.

    After sending the request, we will contact you. We will inform you about the order lead times; if it is marked that we should contact you before cutting or bending, we will contact you again before starting the work. This is very important when prototypes or test parts are being made, to precisely maintain parameters for repeatability in future orders and faster order fulfillment.

   Make sure the exact dimensions are specified; 2D drawings must be at a 1:1 scale and in .dxf format for the fastest quotation. Check that the material type, thickness, surface, and quantity are selected correctly (we recommend saving files with a name such as PROJECTNR_01_AISI304_2.0mm_10gb_10loc.dxf for faster processing), and additionally, if needed, include notes about the deadline or additional requirements. *gb = pcs and loc = bends.

    If you have questions or don’t have a finished drawing, attach pictures or a .pdf and leave your contacts we can help prepare parts for production. Important! When the file is correctly prepared, pricing and production can be ensured much faster because less additional work is required from operators and less time is spent on preparation—so you will receive the parts faster. Usually this also means lower costs.

Please make sure that the .dxf files are correctly prepared:

  • contours are connected;
  • no unnecessary or duplicate lines;
  • no overlapping elements;
  • no open contours;
  • complex files are recommended to be saved in older formats, for example cad2000.

    If parts contain artistic elements (for example, splines, converted images, or graphics from other programs), the preview may not be completely correct. Such files often contain jagged or segmented lines, and there are many different spline types. Important! The laser-cut part will be exactly 1:1 as in the .dxf file. If the lines in the file are jagged or converted from an image, the part will also be jagged. If the uploaded file was not drawn from scratch in a CAD environment, please indicate this in the notes. If necessary, we will prepare the file for proper cutting so that the result is clean and high-quality (unless the jagged effect is intentionally intended in the design).

  • cut length and contour complexity;

  • file preparation or corrections;
  • additional work (bending, marking, drilling, threading, surface treatment);

   If the files are ready and correctly saved without open lines, and using our application you still cannot obtain the desired price in less than a minute, the files may not be prepared correctly or an individual calculation may be required.
